ISC/SCI’s 2020 Annual General Meeting and awards announcements will be held on Friday, June 12, 2020, at noon EDT, online via Zoom.
This is not an election year, but we still need membership approval for our draft budget for 2020–2021 fiscal year. The annual report, including financial statements and the proposed budget will be emailed to members and posted here soon.
If you are planning to bring a motion to the floor, please send an email to presidents@indexers.ca so that it can be added to the agenda.
We are asking you to RSVP, as we need to make sure that we will have quorum. Please let us know that you plan to attend by emailing presidents@indexers.ca.
If you are unable to attend but would still like your voice heard, you can request a proxy form from presidents@indexers.ca.
If you’ve attended our AGMs before, you know that we do more than just talk business. It’s also a time to celebrate our year. And at this AGM we’ll be announcing the winners of this year’s Ewart-Daveluy Award and the Tamarack Award!
