I am also an academic and news editor, and have experience providing technical support for both consumers and field technicians. I have a B.S. degree in chemical engineering and public policy & management and worked in a research lab on petroleum and seed oil technology projects. I have also worked on self-published memoir and self-help book projects. . I am certified in Canadian Press (advanced level) and Associated Press (U.S. English) styles.
