I have completed UC Berkeley’s course Indexing: Theory and Application and written several dozen indexes.
I’m a Certified Proofreader recognized by Editors Canada for excellence in that skill (and copy editing too). Clients appreciate the bonus list of corrections I regularly produce along with the index. I bring to my work a broad interdisciplinary background including a BMath degree (Waterloo); an MES (York); and a PhD in the history of science, technology and medicine (Imperial College).
