I am also an academic and news editor, and have experience providing technical support for both consumers and field technicians. I have a B.S. degree in chemical engineering and public policy & management and worked in a research lab on petroleum and seed oil technology projects. I have also worked on self-published memoir and self-help book projects. My work experience is in both Canada and the United States.
