The ISC/SCI’s 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, June 14, 2026, online via Zoom, at 1pm ET! Don’t miss it!
This is not an election year, but we will still be voting on new executive committee members who have joined since the last AGM.
We need membership approval for our financial statements, any motions, 2025 minutes, and the 2026 agenda. If you plan to bring a motion to the floor, please let us know before May 11, 2026, so that we can add it to the agenda. We like to have all documents and agenda ready 30 days before the meeting, so this is a crucial deadline for us!
Documents for your approval—the financial statements, the annual report, the 2025 AGM minutes, and the budget—will be posted on the website in the dashboard (the members’ area of the website) 30 days before the meeting (the 2025 minutes are already there). Please read these documents and be ready to vote on them. The website will also have a proxy form in case you are unable to attend and would still like your voice heard.
